In an effort to make it easier for our clients, we have designed several different Florida background check to meet your specific needs. Florida Criminal background checks at the state, county, and multi-state levels. In Florida, each court has its own records that contain all criminal convictions within that court. Because all of this information is stored in so many ways and because so much information is missing from certain criminal record systems, it cannot be done by simple database search.
Outside of Florida, some states have state-wide criminal record databases, but many do not. Each state, Florida included, has a different way and location for storing criminal records. If a website or background check company is offering you this service, they have created their own national super criminal database search which is not going to be reliable, accurate or complete. Even law enforcements resources, which are not public record, do not allow them to check someone out on a national level with any degree of completeness or accuracy.
